Many couples consider this service ‘day of' however, here at HHE we do not believe a true wedding planner can just pop in the day of so we offer a month of coordination package. We want to get to know you and your partner as best we can to provide the best service possible and assist with your beautiful vision for the day! From the moment you sign the contract, you’ll have access to Heather Hagin Events via email for logistics, etiquette and planning questions to help with your planning.This package also includes 10 hours of service on the event day, timeline assistance, and rehearsal coordination. Starting one month out, Heather Hagin Events will pull together all of the little details to ensure a smooth and stress-free day.
GOLD PLANNING

Need a little extra help finding vendors, or need design assistance? This package is for you! As soon as you sign the contract, we will start planning alongside with you! So you'll still have control over the details but we'll help guide you.
From design and decor assistance, we want to make sure you have everything covered so your wedding day is seamless, memorable and gorgeous! This package includes everything in the month of coordination.
PREMIERE PLANNING

This is the package for those couples who want the ultimate wedding planning experience! Stress-free and comforted knowing Heather Hagin Events will take care of every little detail for you. From Venue assistance to catering to Entertainment to the Exit, we've got you covered.
