Hello Friends!
So as you know Heather Hagin Events is now based in North Florida and the best way to get to know the area is to check.it.out! We started our venue tour at Crosswater Hall in Nocatee where we met the very helpful, Tina (also known as the rental specialist). Let me begin by saying Tina has been with Crosswater Hall since the beginning so she has seen everything! I took a little bit of her time today to chat about the venue and here is what I have to share...

The Fireplace offers a focal point for the room. You may want to decorate with greenery or just add a romantic feel by adding dozens of votive candles.
Guest Count
Crosswater Hall can hold 180 people inside. The recommendation is to have 18 - 6 foot rounds with 10 seats at each. If you use chiavari or folding chairs your guests will have plenty of room at the table.
Bridal Suite
Yes! There is a bridal suite! Brides - you can come in early to get your hair and makeup done without any guests seeing you. And not only does the suite have a room for all of the bridesmaids but also a room to get dressed AND your own personal bathroom. Not to mention, theres a mini fridge for champagne (YAY!) and a private balcony for pre-wedding photos.

Kitchen and Catering
Crosswater Hall provides a prep kitchen for outside caterers. Complete with a prep area, sink, fridge and ice machine, this is a great space for you to bring in your choice of caterer.
The kitchen is located at the back of the venue so the focus isn't on where the food is coming from but the views outside (see photo below).
Parking
Because the venue shares parking with the Splash park, some couples may think their guests wouldn't have enough parking. This is false! There is plenty of parking for guests for a typical 5pm wedding on Saturday. Also with the new spray park opening this year, there will be even more parking available.
Extra Details...
1. Couples have the option to bring in their own dancefloor OR they can use the 12'x30' area in front of the fireplace that isn't carpeted.
2. There are two restrooms for guests in the main dining room.
3. There is an option to put the bar outside on the patio overlooking all that Nocatee has to offer.
4. The fee for the space does not include any rentals. See below for a link for rental prices. You may use any rental company you choose.
